This knotted Aquamarine necklace is homemade. It is 18 inches in length. It is a lovely piece to dress up an outfit or wear in casual attire.
I named it after the Goddess Akna. She is the Inuit Goddess of Childbirth. Mayan Goddess of Motherhood. Akna is associated with the moon and with Bacabs (the four canpic gods who stand at the four corners of the world, supporting the heavens.
Aquamarine is a Beryl that is light blue, blue-green in color.
Metaphysically this stone has a calming, soothing energy if of the sea, tranquilizing, uplifting and promotes lightheartedness and self-expression. It is a stone to assist with creativity, communication; brings about self-awareness, confidence, courage, and purpose to one’s self.
