Dream Pillows Place the dream pillow near or under your pillow. Each of the scents is subtle and gentle (not overpowering that may cause headaches or nightmares) on the olfactory senses. Place in a resealable bag when not in use to keep fresh. When ready for use scrunch the bag a time or two. Organic or wildcrafted herbs and crystals are inside a muslin bag.
